At OluKai Sales, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Electronics (due to hygiene and copyright restrictions)
- Gloves and headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Important: We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors. All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the item(s) you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
